This manifesto is designed to give readers an overview of the new field of Integral Leadership that has been pioneered over the past decade by colleagues at the Integral Institute in Colorado and the Stagen Leadership Academy in Texas. While it does not contain the dozens of stories and case studies (and detailed application examples) that the forthcoming book will contain, it does offer the core concepts that makes up Integral Leadership in an easy-to-understand format. Brett Thomas and Russ Volckman’s forthcoming book on Integral Leadership will be published in 2013 by Integral Publishers. If you like this high-level and brief manifesto, you will love the full book.
